Long Beach Island
Long Beach Island is conveniently located on the New Jersey Seashore 2 hours South of New York City or 2 hours west of Philadelphia. “LBI” is a family environment with beautiful beaches, great seafood restaurants and a lot of family fun. Only a half-mile wide at most, both the Bay side and Ocean offer a variety of recreational opportunities.

The House
19th Street is located in North Beach Haven, which is on the Southern end of the Island. Within walking or bicycling distance from several amusement centers, shopping and a lot of restaurants. Best of all it is only 6 houses from the beach. 170 steps, we’ve counted…

New paint inside in every room and refinished hardwood floors on the entire 1st floor. New furnishing throughout the entire house, no yard sale furniture. New box springs & mattresses in every bedroom. This is not primarily a rental property for us; it is our 2nd home that we rent out on a limited basis.

This large house has 4 bedrooms, three upstairs and one on the main floor. It includes two full baths and an outdoor shower. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed; the upstairs master has a queen. The large bedroom upstairs has three single beds and the 4th bedroom has a full size bed. Six beds in total accommodate the largest of families. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check out is 11am and check in is after 2pm. From it’s clean and comfortable interior to its close proximity to one of New Jersey’s most beautiful beaches, this house has all the makings of a great all family vacation!
